Grant Muller – Chief Executive


Grant founded Muller Partnership in Newcastle in 1997. In March 2000 he opened an office in Balmain, Sydney later moving to Pyrmont in late 2003. In April 2008 he set up the Melbourne office of Muller Partnership with Richard Samuels moving from Sydney to head up this new practice.

His role encompasses performance, systems, strategic direction and accountability of senior management, while still attending to client needs and relationships. Grant has 35 years professional Quantity Surveying experience, in Australia, Asia and Africa.

Richard Samuels – Director (Melbourne)


Richard joined Muller Partnership as a mature aged graduate in our Pyrmont office in November 2004, having completed a diploma in Quantity Surveying (Fiji) and degree in Building & Construction Management (UNSW).

In 2008, as an Associate, he accepted the challenge and opportunity of heading up our new office in Melbourne.

In 2010 Richard was made an Associate Director and in 2012 he was elevated to Director and unit holder of Muller Partnership in recognition of his efforts in establishing the Melbourne practice.

Richard is also a Registered Building Practitioner in Victoria.

Cameron Beard – Director (Newcastle)

B. Con Mgt, M. Bld, AAIQS, CQS, MRICS

Cameron started with Muller Partnership as a Cadet in our Newcastle office in January 2002.
Since then he has risen through all positions of seniority over 12 years and attained the role of Director and unit holder in charge of Newcastle office in July 2014.

Cameron also oversees our ISO accredited Quality Management System and our integrated IT System for all three offices.

Cameron has a Masters Degree in Building Product Models (BIM) implementation within the construction industry.

Peter Dally – Director (Sydney)

Dip QS (Merit), MRICS

Peter joined Muller Partnership in 2018 as Director in charge of the Sydney office and has over 30 years professional industry experience. Initially trained in South Africa, Peter moved to the United Kingdom attending the University College of Estate Management where he obtained a Diploma in Quantity Surveying (Merit) and membership of the RICS prior to moving permanently to Australia in 2006.

Peter is proud to have worked on some of Australia’s largest projects and believes his value is measured by being a proactive member of a high performance team providing independent and consistently accurate advice so as to facilitate low risk, value for money project delivery.

Peter is also a Qualified Supervisor Building and an expert reviewer for Infrastructure NSW.
