Gillieston Public School

Project Location: Cnr Northview Street & Ryans Road, Gillieston Heights NSW 2321

Project Description:  

Muller Partnership is working with School Infrastructure NSW on the Gillieston Public School redevelopment and new public preschool.

The project includes: 32 new modern classrooms and 3 support classrooms; a new large modern preschool; new administration and upgrade to site services; new hall with canteen and out of school hours care facilities; covered outdoor learning area; new library; outdoor spaces / sports areas; upgraded kiss and drop, bus bay; bike parking and staff car parking; landscaping, yarning circle, and covered walkways; lift accessibility.

We were engaged at masterplan providing cost estimates up to tender working with the SINSW team, Johnstaff Projects and SHAC Architects. What sets this apart from the usual project was the late switch from modular construction to traditional and the financial reporting role.

We are presently in construction working with AW Edwards and looking forward to the successful completion of the project.
