Here’s a Sydney harbour pool that has reopened on time and on budget. (Sydney Morning Herald).

The City of Sydney carried out critical and extensive work to the Andrew (Boy) Charlton Pool. The scope of work included marine pile replacement, concrete repairs, structural steel works, tiling and waterproofing, grandstand works, hardwood seating and decking and electrical works associated with the 50m and 20m pools.

Muller Partnership was proud to have provided full scope Quantity Surveying services supporting the City of Sydney Project Manager working with the Contractors Metz and Marine & Civil Maintenance. We attended the opening with the lord mayor presiding and even watched a water polo match.
